I would not recommend this option because these sites are usually poorly updated and have very little info. You'd have to subscribe to more than one website to get the info you need, which makes this an expensive and time consuming option.
In my opinion, your best option is to use a reverse cell phone search lookup. They're easy to use and relatively inexpensive. You simply type in the phone number and a report comes back with the name, address, carrier, and connection status of the number. If you want to go further with your investigation, you can run a background check on the person which pulls up information like criminal records, divorce decrees, and credit worthiness.
